আইন!
আমাদের সমাজে বহুল প্রচলিত একটি শব্দ।সমাজে সুষ্ঠভাবে বেঁচে থাকার জন্য এই আইন অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। না না, ভয়ের কিছু নেই। আমরা এখানে আইনের ভাল–মন্দ নিয়ে কোন আলোচনা করব না। আমরা শুধু দেখব, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়াশুনার জন্য ‘আইন’ বিষয়টি কেমন? কিংবা এই বিষয়ে পড়ে আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ কেমন হতে পারে।
প্রথমেই বলে দেই, ‘আইন পড়ে বটতলার উকিল ছাড়া কিছউ হওয়া যাবে না’ কিংবা ‘যার নাই কোন গতি সে করে ওকালতি’ এইধরনের বাক্যের কিংবা প্রবাদের কোন ভিত্তি নেই। এগুলো আমাদের সমাজে প্রচলিত আছে কারন, আমাদের সাধারন মানুষদের এই বিষয় সম্পর্কে তেমন কোন ধারনা নেই বললেই চলে। যে কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আইন বিভাগে অধ্যয়ন প্রথমেই আপনাকে এই সাধারন ভুল ধারনা থেকে বের করে নিয়ে আসবে।
আমাদের সমাজে অনেক আইন প্রচলিত। কোনটা অনেক পুরাতন, কোনটা নতুন। একজন সাধারন নাগরিক হিসেবে আপনার কাছে অনেক আইনই অসামঞ্জস্য লাগতে পারে। আপনি শুধু মাত্র তখনই এই ধরনের আইন নিয়ে কিংবা আইন সংশোধন নিয়ে কাজ করতে পারবেন যখন আপনি সেগুলোর ভেতরের বিষয়গুলি জানবেন এবং সেগুলো কোথায় কিভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয় তা জানবেন। আর এর একমাত্র উপায়, আইনের ছাত্র হওয়া। তাছাড়া আপনি যখন নিজের দেশ সহ অন্যান্য প্রতিবেশী দেশগুলোর সংবিধান সহ অন্যান্য আইন জানবেন তখন আপনি যেমন নিজের এবং সাধারন মানুষের দায়িত্ব–কর্তব্য, অধিকার সম্পর্কে সচেতন হবেন তেমনি সাধারন মানুষের কাতার থেকে বের হয়ে অন্যরকম এক আত্মবিশ্বাসের অধিকারীও হবেন।
এসব তো গেল জানার কথা, বুঝার কথা। এবার আসি আইন পড়ে ভবিষ্যৎ কি? আদৌ কোন চাকুরী হবে তো?
আইনের ছাত্র হিসেবে আপনার সবচাইতে বড় সুবিধা আপনার জন্য বাংলাদেশের নিম্ন আদালতগুলো তৈরীই আছে। অর্থাৎ আইনে পড়ার দরুন আপনি বার কাউন্সিলের সনদ নিয়ে আদালতে এডভোকেট,আইনজীবি হিসেবে প্র্যাকটিস করতে পারবেন। চাকুরীর জন্য বসে থেকে হা হুতাশ করতে হবেনা। শুধু মাত্র বাংলাদেশ বার এসোসিয়েশনের সনদের জন্য প্রিলি,রিটেন এবং ভাইভা ফেস করতে হবে। সেগুলো নিয়ে আরেকদিন কথা বলব না হয়।
বাংলাদশের সবচাইতে সম্মানের, ক্ষমতাধর এবং বেশি বেতনের সরকারি চাকুরিরগুলোর মধ্যে অন্যতম ‘বিচারক’ এর চাকুরী। যাকে সাধারন মানুষ ‘জাজ সাহেব’ বলে আর খাতা কলমে বলে ‘জুডিশিয়াল অফিসার’। তবে এই পদে নিয়োগ পেতে আপনাকে আইনের ছাত্র হতে হবে। অন্য কোন বিভাগ থেকে স্নাতক শেষ করে এই পদে আসার কোন উপায় নেই। এলএল.বি. শেষ করেই আপনি বাংলাদেশ জুডিশিয়াল সার্ভিস কমিশনের আন্ডারে পরীক্ষা দিতে পারবেন। বিসিএসের মত প্রিলি,রিটেন এবং ভাইভা পরীক্ষায় পাশ করলেই আপনি এই পদে আসীন হতে পারবেন। তবে ভয় পাবেন না। বিসিএসের চাইতে খুব কম সময়ের মাঝেই এই প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হয়। আপনি এলএল.এম. অর্থাৎ স্নাতোকত্তর শেষ করার আগেই আপনি এসিস্টেন্ট জাজ কিংবা জুডিশিয়াল মেজিস্ট্রেট হিসেবে সুপারিশকৃত হবেন। অপেক্ষা শুধু নিয়োগের।
আপনার যদি উচ্চ শিক্ষার ইচ্ছা থাকে, আপনি আইন পড়ে দেশের বাহিরে যেতে পারবেন, বিশেষ করে লন্ডন। আর আর্থিক অবস্থা ভাল থাকলে আপনি ব্যারিস্টারী করে এসে আদালতে প্র্যাক্টিস করতে পারবেন। এক্ষেত্রে আপনার সম্মানও বেশ বাড়বে। তাছাড়া ল ফার্ম তো আছেই।
মোদ্দা কথা, বাংলাদেশের তিনটি প্রধান অর্গানের একটি অর্থাৎ বিচার বিভাগের একজন সদস্য হতে চাইলে আইনের ছাত্র হওয়া ছাড়া আর উপায় নেই। অন্যভাবে বলতে গেলে, শুধুমাত্র আইনের ছাত্র ছাত্রীরাই পারবে বিচার বিভাগের অংশ হতে।
আচ্ছা যদি কেউ এসবের কিছুতেই আগ্রহ খুজে না পায়? তখন? সেক্ষেত্রেও সমস্যা নেই। আপনি আইন পড়ার সুফল সেখানেও পাবেন।
আপনি যে কোন ব্যাংক কিংবা বড় বড় দেশী বিদেশী কোম্পানীর লিগ্যাল অফিসার, এডভাইসার কিংবা লিটিগেশন অফিসার হিসেবে জয়েন করতে পারবেন। আপনি চাইলে প্রতিরক্ষা বাহিনীগুলোতে জয়েন করতে পারবেন, জাজ এডভোকেট জেনারেল হিসেবে। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে, মেডিকেল,লিখিত এবং আইএসএসবি পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে। তবে যদি আপনার বার কাউন্সিলের সনদ সহ দুই বছরের প্র্যাকটিসের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকে, তবে আইএসএসবি বোর্ড ফেস করার প্রয়োজন হবে না। ছয় মাসের শর্ট কোর্সের পর ক্যাপ্টেন পদমর্যাদার নিয়োগ পাবেন।
UNESCO,UNISEF,WTO,UN এর মত বড় সংগঠনগুলোতেও তুলনামুলক কম প্রতিযোগিতা করে ভাল পদে নিয়োগ পেতে পারেন। এছাড়া দেশের এবং বৈশ্বিক রাজনীতিতে ভুমিকা রাখতে চাইলে, আদর্শ রাজনীতিবীদ হতে চাইলে আইন পাঠের বিকল্প খুব কমই আছে। তাছাড়া আপনি অন্যান্য শিক্ষার্থীদের মত বিসিএস কিংবা ব্যাংক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহন করতে পারবেন।
ল স্টুডেন্ট বা আইনের ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা প্রায়ই মজা করেই বলে, ডাক্তার ইঞ্জিনিয়ার ছাড়া আইনের ছাত্রদের জন্য অন্য সব দরজা খোলা। তাছাড়া ইতিহাস ঘাটলে দেখা যায়, রবী ঠাকুর থেকে বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান সবাই আইনেরই ছাত্র ছিলেন।
‘আইন পড়ে মিথ্যা বলা ছাড়া কিছু করার নাই’ প্রবাদটি ভুল। আইন পড়ে যেমন আসহায় মানুষের অধিকার আদায়ের লড়াইয়ে অংশ নেয়া যায়, তেমনি সমাজের অসঙ্গতি এবং সমস্যা সমাধানেও বিশেষ ভূমিকা রাখা যায়। তাছাড়া চাকুরীর ক্ষেত্রেও আইন পড়ুয়ার কদর প্রচুর।
যত দিন যাচ্ছে, তেমনি ব্যবসা এবং অপরাধ যেমন বেড়ে চলেছে তেমনি বেড়েছে অপরাধের ধরন। তাই দিন কে দিন আইনের পড়ুয়াদের চাহিদাও বাড়ছে। সবশেষে আমরা বলতেই পারি, স্নাতক পর্যায়ে পড়ার জন্য বিষয় হিসেবে ‘আইন’ অত্যন্ত সময়োপযোগী এবং সম্মানের।

Nowadays
the most popular subject is Computer science and engineering which
is also known as CSE.Most of us do not have the accurate idea about
what is taught in cse and what is the job opportunity one can get
after having a qualified degree in Computer science and engineering
.Most of the times people take a cse engineer as a computer repairer
who can solves all the hardware and others problems that has
happened to the computer.It is not a actual job of a cse engineer.
Here
is a short review on this most demanding and attractive subject all
over the world.
What
is CSE
The
subject CSE is a combination of applied mathematics, computer science
and Engineering science. It focuses on the basic elements of
computer programming and networking. Students pursuing computer
science courses will gain knowledge of design, implementation and
management of information system of both hardware and software.
The
requirements for studying in cse
You
will need to fulfill a General Education component, a Mathematics and
Science component. That means you have to be from Science background
from both SSC and HSC or from O level and A level.
What
is Taught is CSE
:
In
CSE, courses are taught in some categorized sectors .Such as
programming languages,Data structures,software design and
implementation,Mathematics courses(linear algebra),interfacing
courses,system programming ,digital circuits ,Digital designs and
some EEE courses.

job sector of CSE is really a large one. The qualified and skilled

EEE (ইইই) | ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল এন্ড ইলেক্ট্রনিক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং। তড়িৎ ও ইলেক্ট্রনিক বা ভালাে বাংলায় বৈদ্যুতিন প্রকৌশল | ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং জগত এর খুবই পরিচিত একটা বিষয় বলতে পারাে সব ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ভার্সিটি এবং অন্যান্য ভার্সিটির একটি এলিট সাবজেক্ট। যা ইলেক্ট্রন নিয়ে আলােচনা করে। নামের মধ্য দিয়েই সাবজেক্ট সম্পর্কে হালকা ধারণা পাওয়া যায় যে এটা তড়িৎ সম্পর্কিত ব্যপার নিয়েই এর আলােচনা | দুটো জিনিস ১.ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল ও ২.ইলেক্ট্রনিক নিয়েই এই বিষয়| ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল এ আলােচনা করা হয় মুলত হাই-ভােল্টেজের জিনিস পত্র নিয়ে | যেখানে আকারে বড় বড় ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল জিনিস পত্র নিয়ে বিস্তর আলােচনা |যেমন মনে করাে পাওয়ার ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন,ইলেকট্রক্যাল মেশিন,পাওয়ার সাপ্লাই ও ম্যানেজমেন্ট, আর ইলেক্ট্রনিক হচ্ছে আকারে ছােট ও লাে-ভােল্টেজের জিনিস পত্র নিয়ে আসলে প্রধান ব্যাপারটা হলাে ইলেকট্রিক্যাল মূলত পরিবাহী ও অপরিবাহী নিয়ে কাজ করে আর ইলেকট্রনিকের ভেলকি হলাে অর্ধপরিবাহীতে। ইলেক্ট্রনিক ব্যপারটা এতই মজার জিনিস যে এর ব্যপকতা শুনলে যে কেউ ই আগ্রহী হয়ে উঠবে |আর যারা রােবটিক্স নিয়ে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী তাদের কাজ শুরু হয়
ইলেক্ট্রনিক সবচেয়ে পুরনাে এবং প্রচলিত ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিষয়গুলাের মধ্যে EEE অন্যতম আভিজাত্যের অধিকারী। আশেপাশের চারদিকে ইলেক্ট্রনিক্সের বিপ্লব দেখে নিশ্চয়ই এই সাবজেক্ট পড়ুয়াদের গুরুত্ব বা চাহিদা আগ বাড়িয়ে বলে দিতে হয় নাহ! এইচএসসিতে প্রিয় বিষয় যদি হয়ে থাকে Math বা Physics তাহলে EEE পড়া নিয়ে কোন ভয় নেই। তুমি নিঃসন্দেহে এখানে খুব সহজেই মানিয়ে নিতে পারবে| তােমার যদি Equation Solve আর ফিজিক্স সেকেন্ড পেপারের বিদ্যুতের চ্যাপ্টারগুলাে যদি খারাপ না লাগে, তাহলে ইইই তােমাকে হতাশ করবে না কখনােই | তড়িৎ বর্তনী নিয়ে ঘাটাঘাটি করতে মজা লাগে ? রােধের সমান্তরাল সন্নিবেশ, হুইটস্টোন কার্শফের অঙ্ক করতে ভালাে লাগে? তাহলে তােমার জন্যই তাে EEE | EEE পড়তে তােমার উদ্ভবনী ক্ষমতা থাকাটা বেশ জরুরী|এর থেকেও বেশী যেটা লাগবে সেটা হচ্ছে,উদ্ভবন করার স্পৃহা | এই EEE তে তুমি খুব সহজেই তুমি তােমার উদ্ভবনী ক্ষমতা বহিঃপ্রকাশ ঘটাতে পারবে। আর আরও একটা মজার জিনিসের সাথে যােগদান করতে পারবে ,আর তা হচ্ছে IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) প্রফেশনাল ইঞ্জিনিয়িয়ার ,ছাত্র ও শিক্ষক নিয়েই এই সংগঠন | এখানে তুমি যােগাযােগ স্থাপন করতে পারবে বিশ্বের বড় বড় সব বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ছাত্র ও শিক্ষকদের সাথে দেখতে পারবে বর্তমান বিশ্বের নতুন আবিষ্কার | IEEE তে প্রকাশিত রিসার্চ জার্নালগুলােকে বিশ্বের মধ্যে সবথেকে গুরুত্বের সাথে দেখা এবং পড়া হয়। বুঝতেই পারছ কত ওয়েটফুল একটা প্রতিষ্ঠান। আর নিজের আবিষ্কার গুলাও তুলে ধরতে পারবে এখানে | আর তােমার আবিষ্কার যদি হয় মানব কল্যাণমূলক তাহলে IEEE তােমাকে বেশ ভাল মানের স্কলারশিপ দিবে তােমার কাজকে আরও সামনে সামনে এগিয়ে নিতে ।
EEE আসলে বেশ বড় একটা ক্ষেত্র। পরিসরও অনেক ব্যাপক ও বিস্তৃত। 233 এর প্রধান ডিভিশন গুলাে । হচ্ছে1.Power 2.Electronics 3.Telecommunication 4.Computers Power সেক্টরের ব্যাপারটা মনে হয় সবাই এমনিতেই বুঝতে পেরেছে। যারা বিদ্যুত উৎপাদন আর সরবরাহের দায়িত্বে থাকে| এই সেক্টরের চাহিদা বাংলাদেশের প্রেক্ষাপটে এই মুহুর্তে প্রচুর চাহিদা পুরনের জন্য প্রতি বছরই নতুন নতুন বিদ্যুত কেন্দ্র তৈরি হচ্ছে। আর পদ্মাপাড়ের পাবনা রুপপুরে নব নির্মিত নিউক্লিয়ার প্লান্টে EEE ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের ব্যাপক চাহিদা আছে। আর এখানে বেশ আকর্ষনীয় বেতন অফার হয়েছে।
আর এই সেক্টরের পুরাে দায়িত্বই থাকে ইলেক্ট্রিকাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের হাতে। যারা নিজেকে একজন Power management engineer হিসেবে দেখতে চাও, তারা নিঃসঙ্কোচে EEE নিতে পারাে। Electronics নিয়েও সবাই হালকা পাতলা কিছু জানে | এখনকার সময়ে তােমরা যত ডিভাইস দেখ, তার বেশিরভাগই ইন্টিগ্রেটেড সার্কিট দিয়ে ডিজাইন করা | স্মার্টফোন, আইপ্যাড, নােটপ্যাড, ল্যাপটপ সবগুলােই ইলেক্ট্রনিক্সের অবদান | Microcontroller এর নাম হয়তাে কেউ কেউ শুনে থাকবে| যেখানে প্রােগাম লিখে ছােট ছােট জিনিস পত্র কন্ট্রোল করা যায়। রােবটিক্স নিয়ে পড়াশােনার ব্যাপক ইচ্ছা যাদের, তাদের জন্য microcontroller হলাে একেবারে শুরুর ধাপ| তবে হ্যা, এদিক দিয়ে আগাতে হলে অবশ্যই পরিশ্রমী
আর উদ্যমী । হতে। | হবে| Telecommunication, যােগাযােগ নিয়ে কাজকারবার| মােবাইল ফোন কোম্পানিতে মাঝের কয়েক বছর EEE ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের বিশাল চাহিদা ছিলাে | আমাদের মত দেশে নতুন নতুন নেটওয়ার্ক, টাওয়ার, কভারেজ তৈরিসহ সমগ্র সিস্টেম ম্যানেজমেন্টের দায়িত্বে আছে বিপুল সংখ্যক ইইই ইঞ্জিনিয়ার| শুধু এক Grameenphone এই এখন কাজ করছে প্রায় ৫ হাজার প্রকৌশলী, যার বেশিরভাগই ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল এন্ড ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডের| যত নতুন নতুন টেকনােলজি আসবে, অত চাহিদা Expand করবে| যারা নিজেকে একজন প্রতিষ্ঠিত Telecommunication Engineer হিসেবে দেখতে চাও, তাদের জন্য অবশ্যই EEE. আবার অনেকেই আছে ওয়ারলেস নেটওয়ার্কিং এ গবেষণাতে আগ্রহী তাদের জন্যও দরকার EEE বা ETE ব্যাকগ্রউন্ড থাকা । Computer আসলে এমন এক ব্যাপার যাকে কোন কিছু থেকেই আলাদা করা যাবে না| ইইই থেকে পড়ে পরবর্তীতে Software Engineer হয়ে গিয়েছে এমন উদাহরনও আছে অনেক। তুমি যদি প্রােগ্রামিং ভালাে বােঝ, কম্পিউটারে ভালাে দখল থাকে, তবে ইইই পড়েও তুমি খুব সহজেই CSE সাইডে Divert হতে পারাে |কারণ , EEE ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদেরকে প্রােগ্রামিং এ ও দক্ষ করে গড়ে তােলা হয় |কেননা , সার্কিট এর প্রােগ্রামিং এর জন্য প্রােগ্রামিং এ ভাল করতে হয় | EEE পড়েছ বলে যে তুমি প্রােগ্রামার হতে পারবে না বা সফটওয়্যার বানাতে পারবে না এমন ধারণা পুরােপুরি ভুল। তােমার যদি Electronics এর পাশাপাশি সফটওয়্যার নিয়েও ঘাটাঘাটি করতে ইচ্ছে করে তাহলে তুমি সহজেই ইইই নিতে পারাে | এখানে এই সুযােগ প্রচুর |আর এখানেই ইইই এর পরিধি যে কত ব্যাপক তা বুঝতে পারতেছ। EEE এর কর্মক্ষেত্র নিয়ে আসলেই কোন কথা বলা চলে না | যতদিন পৃথিবী টিকে থাকবে অতদিন এর ডিমান্ড কমবে না কখনােই হয়তাে দেশের বাইরেও রয়েছে হাজার হাজার গবেষণা ক্ষেত্র। দেশে বিদেশে সবজায়গাতেই মর্যাদাপূর্ণ একটা জায়গাতে থাকবে | চাকরি নেই, হাজার হাজার স্টুডেন্ট হয়ে গেছে, এমন

What? You are just a student so why should you start a blog? Well, the question should be how do you start a blog! I’ll answer both for you!
Do you have opinions about anything and everything but your friends won’t listen to them? Do you write poetry or short stories but Penguin won’t publish them yet? Do you want to solve problems people face and answer their questions but you can’t reach out to thousands of people? Well, you aren’t alone! I do too. So, let me put forth a simple solution which I also employed – write a blog! Share funny incidents from your life, things that make you happy, your opinions on the rules made by your college, your outrage on Padmavati movie row and increasing incidents of rape or religious intolerance, memorable moments from the latest season of your favorite TV series or stand up shows, and everything under the sun – in short give vent to all your emotions through a blog! Making money through blogging is the cherry on the cake!
Now that we have established the why, let’s address the how.
How to create a blog?
Setting up a blog has never been easier. Just a few clicks and you are good to go. With many options like Blogger, Tumblr, and Medium available, WordPress still makes an ideal choice for a blogging CMS. It is free to download, install, use, and modify. It allows you to give your blog any look you want. No, you don’t have to be a designer for it. It has hundreds of template themes which you can choose from. Apart from text, it supports images, audios, and video content.
Before starting a blog from scratch, you need to be familiar with certain terms that will be used during the process of creating a WordPress blog.
1. Domain name – It is the address where people can access your blog/website. To put it simply, just like your home’s address is used to find your home, a domain name is used to find your blog or website. For example, internshala.com and wordpress.com are domain names.
2. Sub-domain – It is a subset of the domain name. For example, in blog.internshala.com, blog is a subdomain on internshala.com and in www.wordpress.com, www is a subdomain on wordpress.com.
3. Theme – It is the design and aesthetic of your page. Themes decide how your blog would eventually look like. WordPress offers you a number of free themes – set your theme to match the functionality of your blog.
4. Plugin – It is a special tool that you can use to enhance the functionality of your blog. If you want to improve readers’ experience and manage your blog easily, you can leaf through these WordPress plugins.
5. Widgets – These allow you to modify your blog’s design and content without the knowledge of HTML and CSS.
So are you ready to start your own blog? Roll up your sleeves and get to work!
1. Go to WordPress.com – WordPress comes in two flavours – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. At the former, you don’t have to download software, manage a web server, or pay for hosting. All you need to do is create exhilarating content. This makes it a tailor-made choice for you; after all, free is the perfect price for broke college students.
2. Get Started – Click on the ‘Get Started’ button. You’ll be redirected to the first step of creating a free blog. Out of the four options presented – creating a blog, website, portfolio, or an online store, click on ‘Start with a blog’.
3. Give address to your site – While a domain name costs around INR 200 per month, WordPress.com allows you to have a free subdomain like test.wordpress.com. To create a site address for your blog, all you need to do is enter a keyword representing your blog or your name. Bloggers advise to use a two-three word address and not use a hyphen between the words.
Entering a keyword will exhibit all the available addresses. Choose the free option. If in future you feel the need to own a domain name, you can upgrade to the premium version.
4. Pick a plan – WordPress asks you to choose a plan for your blog. You can check out the features each plan offers right below the start button and pick one that matches your interest. The free plan, as WordPress itself recommends, is best for students.
This brings you to the last step of making a blog.
5. Create your account – Enter your email id, set a password, and you’re done! Go ahead and look at it in awe for a minute.
6. Customize your blog – What, you don’t like how it looks? Now, I don’t have a magic wand to change its view. But WordPress has!
